We had a busy first two days back after the Songkran holiday creating a beautiful rainforest display outside the year 4 classrooms.
We have started using an exciting new curriculum called IPC - the International Primary Curriculum. This curriculum is topic based, and our first topic is called Saving The World: Rainforests.
For our entry point to the topic, both classes worked very hard to create a magnificent rainforest display (see the pictures below to see how the project developed)

We have been doing lots of art.I have been making lots of kind of leaves,there are long leaves and little leaves and big leaves too.
ReplyDeleteOn wednesday we are doing art about rain forest and i was out side making a rocks and taped.when i was hot i get inside the class room and help each other making a leaves and drawing a animals.Dear y4ks

Some rain forest animals were really rare to find and some almost extinct such as Toucan, Leopard and Tapir. There are lots of dangerous animals and fishes in rain forests such as Piranha fish, Poison arrow frog, Gaboon Viper.
ReplyDeleteOn Wednesday we make a rainforest outside our classroom, it look so big. It's had a waterfall next to our classroom.If you saw closely you will see lot's of insect it have butterfly,ants,catterpillar,werm and a lisard.
ReplyDeleteThis week we are learnig about rainforests we have been decorating our class so it will look like a rainforest. Onour door we have trees bugs and little animals.
ReplyDeleteI know about rain forests like Amazon forest and Olympic rain forest and animals that can be found in rain forest are leeches, piranha fish, the tree frog, macaws and another type of animals.

This term we have been learning about Rain forest so we made a rain forest display.Everyone happy to make this. We all do the hard work like cutting the leaves again and again but at last we can finished it and everyone think that it so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of fun because i have been doing the waterfall with miss Grace and Ice, Dear and Mook. i have been doing the stone and the water. Its a hard work because i need to stick everything onto the wall but i enjoy it. Next i went back into the class and i helped my friend to draw some pictures and cut some leaves.After that i went to get some books at the reading corner because my friend need to use it and last i drew some pictures to stick at the tree. It was my best day in this week because i like art very much!
